I bring a full portable studio to you. Your team books slots around their day, and everyone gets photographed without leaving the building.

What do you need from our office on photo day?
Clear floor space, about ten by fifteen feet, and one power outlet. A conference room, a lobby corner, or an empty office all work. I arrive before your first scheduled slot and the studio is set up before anyone steps in front of the camera. No construction, no dedicated room, no disruption to the rest of the floor.
How far in advance do we need to book?
One to two weeks is comfortable for most team sessions, and it gives us time to set up scheduling and handle any procurement paperwork. Tighter timelines are often possible, so if you have a deadline, say so when you request a quote and I'll tell you straight whether the date works.
Do our people need to prepare anything beforehand?
Not much. Everyone gets a wardrobe and prep guide ahead of the session, and I coach posing and expression in real time during each slot, so nobody has to know what to do in advance. The people who are most nervous about being photographed tend to be the happiest with their results, because the direction is built into the session.
What happens with someone who is out sick or joins after photo day?
They book a single session at my Fairfield, NJ studio or the Midtown Manhattan studio, or I return for a short follow-up depending on team size. Because I record the full lighting and background setup for every project, the makeup session matches the rest of the team. The late addition drops into your team page looking like it was shot the same day as everyone else.
How quickly do we get the final images?
Retouched files arrive within five business days of the session, delivered in crops sized for LinkedIn, your website, and internal directories, and named by person so nobody spends an afternoon renaming files. If you are on a tighter deadline, ask, expedited turnaround is usually possible.
Can you match our existing team page or company photo standards?
Yes. Send a sample of your current headshots or your company's photo spec when you request a quote, and I calibrate the session to match, same background, lighting, camera height, and crop. New headshots drop into your existing team page without looking like they were shot separately. If your company has a formal standard, I shoot to it rather than around it.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Either. Most team sessions happen on-site at your office, and I bring a full portable studio. Smaller groups sometimes prefer my Fairfield, NJ studio or the Midtown Manhattan studio. On-site sessions cover New Jersey and New York City, including Morristown, Parsippany, Jersey City, Hoboken, and Manhattan.
Can we reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Life happens and calendars move. Tell me as early as you can and we'll find a new date. Deposit terms are spelled out in your quote so there are no surprises.
Who owns the images, and how is our data handled?
Your company receives full usage rights to the delivered headshots for business use. I keep your project setup file so future new hires can be matched, and I do not license your team's images to anyone else. If your work requires an NDA, I sign it before the session.
